1982 928 porsche

The key in the tailgate no longer works, as consequence i can't unlock it. The key turns but seems tio hit a brick wall, which ever way you turn it.
Please can anybody tell me how i open it without the key.

I tackled this exact problem on a friends car a few weeks ago. Basically from inside the car you need to force the lock, we used a cold chisel and club hammer! It opened without any damage and the reason it failed was the lock cylinder has a cam on it that had sheared off. Replacements are impossible to find though!
