Anti Roll Bar Bushes

I need bushed for the front anti roll bar, but dont really know what Im looking for.
Ive seen these on ebay :

but they ask for internal diameters - how am I supposed to find that out?
I have an 1988 16v btw.

It's the diameter of your ARB. Different models had different size ARB's (and they changed from year to year, and sometimes from day to day as well - there isn't much logic in terms of what size is fitted.)

The only way to tell for sure is to take a pair of calipers and measure the ARB size on your car. Easily done; just measure the diameter next to the exsting bushes - one measurement in the middle, one at the ends.

1988 16v will be an S, so probably the smallest size, but you need to check to be sure.

BTW, those are a very good price for bushes. Powerflex are much much more expensive than that.
