Becker CDR22 radio/cd player

I've recently purchased a 986 Boxster with a factory or dealer from new fitted Becker CDR22 which currently doesn't function. It appears to have power to it as it managed to eject a cd but otherwise nothing. Anybody got any advice or can recommend someone who might be able to fix it?

Had similar with a Becker CR22 and turned out to be bad connections on the multi-plugs that connect the unit. Took the unit out and connectors were securely in place, unplugged all connections, gave connectors a scrape with small screwdrivers, followed by some contact cleaner spray, reconnected and worked fine. Remember you'll need to enter 4 digit security code to re-activate it.
