Camshaft cover removal S2 ??

When I did that last year some needed tapping with a little hammer to get unblocked.
They may bend if hitting too hard because they are very thin, I think the tightening torque is no more than 20N.m
(No major issue if it does snap, just that the clip flaps around a little and looks untidy.)
Oh, and it can be a game to wiggle the cover out from under the fuel supply hoses. But it will come out - just keep trying.

No. Old ones are rubber and should survive re-use.
Oooo... at the risk of disagreeing with our local S2 authority Lord Oli von S2-stein I would recommend replacing the gaskets! [
I didn't replace the seals for the two little plastic caps the first one I removed the cover and it didn't take long before they started to sweat oil.
Other people's experiences may differ tho.
