Cayman S - Annual service due plus rattling rear hatch

My Cayman S first service will be falling due soon. I have just passed the 16k mark and in a few months will hit the magic 20k service interval. The car was first registered March 06. Does anyne know what the expected wear will be on the brake discs and pads as I am preparing myself for an expensive service bill. I am based in the south east so can anyone recommend a garage to complete the work.

The OPC seems to quote quite reasonable prices for service but I am not sure about the pricing for the discs and pads so may get these done at a specilist if needed.

Great car (previous 993 C4) but the rear hatch seems to vibrate which is annoying. Does anyone have a fix for this?

The air con also seems noisy. Is this normal?

What would you say was the expected lifespan for the original tyres. Mainly motorway driving and no track use.

I would be interested to hear from any other Cayman owners who have completed the first annual service.
