unless you are referring to a pre 85.5 car you are incorrect.! The schematic is of a 944 from Bosch . Maybe Bosch are wrong ? I see that you have a S2 yourself . Go look at the fuel rail and count the number of injectorsORIGINAL: bertelli_1 Peanut - that diagram is incorrect for 944 fuel injection. The 944 does not have a thermo time switch or extra injector for cold starts. It does have 2 coolant temperature sensors, one for the ECU and one for the dash gauge. Can't help with the part number though.....

have you checked that you do not have a leaky injector ? might be worth doing a fuel pressure leakdown test (1.5Bar at 20 mins if memory serves)ORIGINAL: robwright No worries mate crossed wires there I think. Yeah already tested the resistance at the DME connector and it is reading high. I have had some small problems with idling and fuel lately. Particularly running a little richer than normal. I figured if the sensor is cheap enough then it might be worth changing anyhow. Deffinitely cheaper than an AFM.

where did I say that all 944's have a cold start injector ????? My original advice refers to the OP's car which unless it is a few months before introduction should have a CS injector You're just a bluddy troll mate.ORIGINAL: bertelli_1 Trust me, all 944's do not have an extra cold start injector. That diagram is wrong.
