Hi David and welcome to the best 944 site! I'm in Leicester but am sure there will be someone from your part of the would along soon. Mines an 83 so I know a bit about the early cars Enjoy it ! Mike
 
hi all new member here just saying hello and am the new proud owner of an 82 porsche 944 needs a little tlc but nothing i cant handle. has anyone got any places they use often to serice,get parts etc im in surrey
thanks alot guys.

Welcome! Porsche centre is the first place to look for parts, Exeter is a good one and will post things out if your nearest doesn't keep a wide stock. Other parts suppliers are in the faqs.
 
Welcome to 944 ownership - am based in Crawley and have an '83, so nice to know there is someone else in the vague locality. There is a good independant chap down here near Copthorne (close to Horley) by the name of Jota Engineering - quick search of the forum should give you his details. Not used him yet, but will probably do so soon......
