Meeting confusion

Hi Guys,

First post. I was reading Porsche Post this morning, got to the regional report, and saw that there is a ' Chips Away' demonstration at the next Scotland South meeting. Great, I thought, quite fancy that. But I don' t know where the meeting is...

I do know it' s NOT Norton House, but no indication of where it is...

Can someone help?

Colin

The meetings are now held at the Cramond Brig, between Barnton and South Queensferry, just to the North West of Edinburgh. I spoke recently to Brian Wood about the wrong location being advertised in the Post and was assured that this had been attended to. []
Look forward to meeting you.

It occurs to me that I may have been jumping the gun on the venue thing. As a result of my departure on holiday next monday, I am keeping my copy of Porsche Post unopened, to read on the flight. Cold turkey, or what!! [&:]
The change of venue may well be listed in the " Yellow Pages" of the Post, under the regional contact heading.
My apologies to Brian if, indeed, that is the case! [8|]

Great stuff! Yes, thursday 7th it is.
I' m away on honeymoon from monday (mad fool!) but no doubt the usual suspects will be there and hopefully a few new faces too.

Colin,

Welcome to PCGB. I am sure I met someone with your name a few years ago with a 22b Impreza would that be yourself ?

What Porsche have you bought?

Chris.

Can' t be that many Colin' s in Scotland with a 22b, so yes it probably was me.

I' ve got a 1997 911 Turbo, Speed Yellow, with the 430bhp factory fit engine upgrade.

It' s very nice [:D]

Colin

And after all that, I can' t come tonight as I' ve got tickets for a Fringe show.

Oh well, next month.

Colin

Can`t believe I just missed a meet. Only just got my 928 GTS. So 1st Thursday in Sept at Crammond Brig is the next. Looking forward to it.
