New Battery

Hi,
Car is an S2, it currently has a "performace" basttery fitted by the previous owner. This is now starting to give problems so I want to replace it.

What spec are you guys using and are ther any favoured makes?

As above, Bosch Silver either 70 or 78 am/hr. Shouldn't give any issues. These are sealed batteries so there is nowhere to connect the little vent tube. Don't worry about it!
 
Same hear with a Silver Bosch on a 951. I believe the cranking ampage for an S2 will be higher as the compression is higher ? But same battery will be fine
