New Rear Damper and poor Service Guildford

Hi Guys

Just thought you would like to know that I have just had the near side rear damper replaced after 20K miles at Porsche center Guildford (AFN), under guarantee. No major drama, these things happen. However I will say how disappointed I was at the state the car was returned to me in, oily finger prints over the trim in the rear hatch area, and the rear carpet had just been pushed incorrectly into position, leaving me unable to use my luggage net and unable to open the fluid cap. The thing that got me is that it looked clearly wrong, and nobody cared to make it right! Who are these guys employing? As you would expect, they have offered to fix the problem, and apologised to me. But what worries me if they can not do things correct that I can see, how the hell can I trust them to do the things I can not see?
What can I say, its all about service.
Regards
