WANTED - Blue crack free oval dash

What is all this bruhaha abotu cracks in the dash? I have a blue dash in my S2, and thought it was immaculate until there was a thread on here about cracked dashes a while back. I had a closer look at mine, and there is a crack on the top of it. But I hadn't noticed it so don't let it bother me ... how badly cracked are other people's dashes?

Oli.

I've had two blue dashes with cracks at the top between the air vents and most of the one's I've looked at go the same way. The black dashes don't seem to do this as often

Excellent spot Simon - but my dash defo looks darker than that, that one is quite a brite blue isnt it...

It does look very blue, but I presumed that it was down to the digital photography (blue is a terrible colour in that respect). I believe that there was only one blue, but I also believed that there were only two greys used in the 944-968s; and that turned out not not to be the case (or so Im told).

I'm afraid there is definitely two blues [:(]

Most cars seem to have the very dark blue which cracks all too often. The bright blue dash I have only seen in Cobalt blue cars (so not very many of them)

I have seen two blue interiors Simon defo and thats the lighter and brighter of the two..

I have a feeling the darker blue only came with the Blue pinstrip interior like I have:

And the lighter and brighter with the logo interior - but that could just be complete coinsidence as that has been the two occasions that I have seen them

EDIT: Just seen Diver944's update - that seems to answer that then ... :)

Porsche scrit logo was an added option on my S2 (black dash) so it may not strictly be the case that is comes with only light blue.

Edd

Ive got a set of black Script out of an S2: it was available in all launch colours. That Im certain of, as Ive seen them all. With blue being rarer (as was grey), you didnt tend to see more than one set at once, making distinction more difficult.

I wish wed had tinternet when I were a lad.
