Window Drop is back

Today at Silverstone, I came back to the car in the infield car park after watching the Grand Prix Masters event - actually it really was a great race even if N. Mansell made a complete prat of himself yet again - to find that the windows were both down about 4 inches. This has happened three times before but for the last four months there have been no problems.

So I thought that it had mended itself. (!)

I wonder if other people's key fobs mught be sending rogue signals that are picked up by the receiver?

Silverstone is not lucky for me, a fortnight ago there was a 1980's F2 BMW March in the bay opposite us in the paddock. Each time he warmed up his motor and at what sounded like 4500 revs, my alarm would go off. After it happened a few times, I gave up and left it open....

Since I've now got nearly 9000 miles up I think I'll book it in for an early service and oil change and to have the whole window system de-activated.

And I'll ask for a replacement set of wheel nuts to replace the ones that have gone rusty. And I'll ask them to take the rattle out of the hatchback. There is also an annoying squeak that I get whenever I pass a Boxster - sort of sounds a bit like Daro911 trying to make a point that nobody cares about. Anyone else experienced this?
