Gear change improvements on Turbo model

Hi all.
I have my 924 driving sweeter BUT changing gear is tough to do fast.
Is there a shortshifter kit for it which makes the changing more accurate and faster to achieve?
It feels so wishy-washy. :(
 
I think the turbo gear linkage is different to the NA 924 but getting the factory linkage working well would be a start.

Which makes the gear change feel really good. Mines a NA so you'd need to see what you have.
