I read the same but O2 sensors were replaced about a year go. Wondering if it’s something else. All relate to O2 Sensor ..not Teckie but just Googled codes .
Best ask a Porsche Specialist to confirm
P013600
P013600 Bank 1 sensor 2 electr. fault in circuit
Fault finding notes
Open circuit
Short circuit to B+
Short circuit to ground
Loose contact or corrosion on connectors or lines
Oxygen sensor downstream of cat. conv., bank 1 sensor 2 faulty
Check exhaust system for leaks if necessary
Check injectors (for leaks)
P014000
P014000 Bank 1 sensor 2 no activity
Fault finding notes
Open circuit
Short circuit to B+
Short circuit to ground
Loose contact or corrosion on connectors or lines
Oxygen sensor behind cat. conv., bank 1 sensor 2 faulty
So both codes seem to point to an electrical problem bank1 sensor2 - internet guesswork at it's best - but I will go with corroded / loose connector or some wiring damage ( possibly rodents - read about a few incidents of that lately) to that sensor
From memory bank 1 on a 996 is UK drivers side - sensor 2 is the one after the cat - but check my homework.
02 996 Bank 1 & Bank 2 Locations
