Head light positioning

Hi all,

I noticed today the driver side head light is ever so slightly out of position, this is very small but if I can adjust then I will.
I’ve read many posts and watched videos on youtube on removing and refitting but none show moving the headlight back which is around 1mm, if not less and yes I’m just being fussy in this and only today noticed it. I have read the bolt behind the blue cover is for horizontal movement, is it as simple as this, and if so do I need to loosen the main bolt too? My only concern hence asking is I don’t want to move the beam at all.
