‘Built by basil’ Aftermarket gear knob

Hi all

i need some help regarding gear knobs. I’m looking to purchase a bespoke gear knob from ‘built by basil’ and he’s asked me to confirm the fitment size of the current knob.
I haven’t a clue and I’m struggling to find any info on google.

any help would be appreciate.
