Anyone have any advice on the best place to buy a Bosch 050 distributor? The cheaper the better!

Euro Car Parts have them on their online shop for £132.25

Search "bosch 050" at http://www.eurocarparts.com

or buy online from the USA for $87.90
http://www.bus-boys.com/tuneup.html

They also do Pertonix Ignitorâ„¢ Electronic Ignition Conversion Kits

Also at $79.95

Cheers Guys,
I'll have a look at those. Mark - the 912 on Ebay looks good in the pics, you'll be getting quite a collection going round your place!

Hi chaps - I was warned about fitting the 050 'properly' - is there any aspect of fitting these that I must / should be aware of other than the obvious one of marking prior to removal of old etc so that you get the new 050 in as near the right place as possible ??? (PS - Pelican Parts had much cheaper coil than BusBoys)

PS - also saw statesidetuning (bosch blue sports coil £14.50)
http://www.statesidetuning.co.uk/catalogue/ignition.htm
NOTE> PS20 COIL (Crane ps20 20 to 50% more output than std coils) IS RECOMENDED FOR USE WITH COMPUFIRE AND CRANE 700 SERIES IGNITIONS

relates to this:
Compufire points replacement kit for 009+050: £59.90 ----- Crane 700 series digital performance kit with amplifier box: £93.50

What about these products - any good? - is this correct as most refer to the Bosch Blue coil all the time.

I have just bough a new blue coil that is now not blue any more [:(] silver with a cr*p sticker on it oh well paint it black I guess.

let you know what happens
