100k for 1987 RUF

"1987 PORSCHE 911 RUF CTR1 ";Yellow Bird";"

It has an "H" reg no. so either isn't a 1987 or that isn't it's reg plate. 1987 would be either D or E plate I believe and you can't make a car younger than it is.

tell that to the dvla ive noticed a few imports with newer regs on inc a 1982 SC on an H reg....colour? wouldnt care---- frog green looks cool ..makes the £65000 red one on pistonheads look cheap what was that old phrase--- its only the profit that makes it dear......

I am wondering if RUF took an old shell and made a new car out of it. A bit pointless really as the 964 shell is far superior.

If you look at the dash it is an old 911, not a 964. It is possible it could have been converted to an old style with a used dash though.

this months 911 world has an article on a yellowbird that looks the same as this green car and they say it was built on a 964 shell but to me anything with a long gearlever, those heater controls and those side sills must be based on 3.2 shell........funny ,on the reg number front just noticed the walkers 1972 911 in this months p/post has managed to get a T reg when imported...
