15x7 Cookie Cutters

Hi all,

I was offered a set of four alloy wheels as shown below. Being a skin flint (and the fact they were free), I was hoping they might do as a set of winter wheels for my car.

Of course, I didn't see them before getting them, and assumed they were teledials, so at least had a chance of fitting!

My questions are:-

1) Whats the offset on them
2) What do they fit (I'm assuming pre-ABS 944 but anything else?)
3) Are they worth anything! They have been re-furbed (although not to concours standards!), almost new tyres on (3 x Pirelli P5000 215/60/15 - 2 with 5mm, 1 with 7mm, and 1 Goodyear Ventura with 8mm (and I have the other Pirelli including big screw through tyre!))
4) I have the centre badges - do these fit anything else? They are the original metal Porsche crests, but have been sprayed with a thick new layer of paint (so could probably do with stripping), and look to be the same size as the coloured crests in my D90's - the only difference being the two holes in them!

Any ideas?

Edited due to spelling because finger not working properly (seriously, think it's bust!)

They're from a pre-ABS 944 Lux or non-Sport 911 (SC?). They'd fit pre-ABS 944's and 924's then. Also 911's of a similar vintage I guess, but I think the 911 offset changed in '89/'90 when the Carrera 4 then Carrera 2 replaced the 3.2 Carrera - then again nobody with a late 3.2 is going to want to put Cookie Cutters on it, albeit that I actually think (with black centres) they look better than Teledials. I *think* 15" Teledials replaced these on Lux models when the offset changed - 16" Teledials from pre-ABS Turbos wouldn't have fitted either and no ABS offset Turbos had Teledials.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]What are they worth? Only a little more than you paid for them I imagine. They aren't a great upgrade for a 924 and only someone restoring a 944 Lux or non-Sport 911 of the right year would want them[FONT=verdana, geneva"]

Cheers Fen (as usuall!)

Is the proper name for these Fuchs?

I knew I'd seen them on 911's before - they look good on my personal favourite (i.e 2.7, non flared or imact bumper 911).

No, they're Cookie Cutters. Fuchs are worth lots of money, especially 15" ones.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]I forgot to say before, offset will be low 20's ET.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]Fuchs vs. Cookie Cutters.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]

carl IIRC your centres are worth more than the wheels, I think they are the same as the Fuchs centres so lots of 911 owners would like some shiny centres.
