will cup 3 18 inch wheels fit straight on to my 91 turbo.they are8.5 incheson fronts with offset of52mm.rears are 10 inches , but are available in three offset sizes,47,55or 65.which would be the correct offset for 91 turbo.also will they fit without spacers as i dont want to fit spacers.thanks.

The front will fit with no problem at all. The rears would be best with a 65 offset as this will give you most clearance to the arch but move the whole wheel closer to the shock on the inside

I'd differ from Paul slightly.

ET55 is closest to std fitment so I'd go with that. The centreline of the wheel will therefore be closest to std so the extra inch in width over a 16" Turbo wheel will be shared between the inner and outer edges. I don't believe you'll have any issues with clearance to the arch and they'll look better filling the arches.

I reckon you could probably go to ET47 which would "stick oot" another 8mm, but you don't have to.

TTM ran std 9-inch wide rear wheels with 15mm spacers without any arch fouling issues, and someone (rpjg_1975) recently did have arch rubbing issues (left hand side only) on a car with late-model hub positions (ie the same as yours) but it turned out they were running ET15 aftermarket wheels (ie the whole wheel sticking oot 40mm more than OEM turbo wheels, and an inch wider to boot).

thanks for that guys,im currently running 17,s with7.5inches on front et52with 225 45tyres and 9inch rears et47 with 255 40 rears with no problems, i just like the 18 inch look.cheers

I'm not so sure the centre line of the wheel is lined up with the centre line of the arches and as your wheel width increases you may need to deviate from the stock offset to centralise the wheel in the arch and prevent rubbing problems like Ben has recently documented.
