1967 SWB

thanks to a very very very generous friend who lent me one, i had a long time dream come true today - i made my daily commute in a 1967 SWB 1967!

they say never drive your heros, but this was such a treat to drive (even though i couldn't go over 4k rpm as the newly rebuilt engine is only out of the shop for 24 hours!). the noise, the carbs, the smell, the steering feel - all fantastic :)

such a pretty, pretty car and just a joy to cruise around in. my commute took me about 4 hours instead of the usual 15 minutes as i appear to have gotten lost! ;)

Nice car. What country is it in as I can see RHD but doesn't look like a UK reg number.
