As per my email...... 36 UK spec 3.0 930s built, and I know of a handful still in use.
If they are unloved compared with the 3.3, it's primarily down to articles written by people who either haven't driven them, or else didn't understand how to get the best out of them........ they perform differently to the 3.3.. The 3.0 is lighter and better balanced (if any 911 can be described as well balanced!), and on many roads, this makes up for less power and the fabulous brakes of the 3.3
As for relative prices - just look at what good 3.0 turbos go for in Europe.
