Just wondered if my wipers shoulc have an intermitant wipe? Also washers occasionaly dont work so anything common on these to look at first

Do you have the little dial near the oil gauge? On my 3.2 this is the variable intermittent wipe.

Here is a pic of my 930. It's on the far left.

Hi Nathan ye i have one of them i wasnt sure what it was for i assumed it was somethin to do with the rear which i dont have anymore?

Nope, that is for the front wipers.

Do your wipers return OK by themselves when you place the stalk in the off position after having it in one of the on positions?

OK, when this happens try pushing the wiper stalk away from you (towards the dash but not up or down). What happens with the non parked wipers now?

I am having the same problem not stopping in the parked position when turned off (see 911sc thread)
is this linked to the intermittent button what does pushing the stalk away from you do...?

In my experience the problem is always with the stalk. If when you push the stalk away from you the wipers park theirselves this confirms the fault to be with the stalk. If your quite handy you can tweak the contacts in the stalk assembly and this will save you having to replace it for a while.
