Hi, I just wondered if someone could give me some advise. I have a 1979 that I'm looking to sell but I can't seem to find out how much it's worth. I believe there are only 3 registered in the country now so they don't appear on any of the valuation sites. It's in good condition. It's had 6 previous owners and it's done about 95000 miles. All original, even down to the tool kit. We've had it 9 years and have spent a good deal on it, we have receipts for all work done.
Any help greatly appreciated

Hi,

This may help a little. If you check the classifieds on www.pistonheads.co.uk there are two 1979 928 for sale. The sales prices are £7928 and £5495. The Black 928 at £5495 as actually sold for that price. So personnaly aim high if yours is better the the one valued at £7928. Pistonheads classifieds is also free so if it doesn't sell because the price is too high just adjust a little until it does.

Thanks so much for your help. To be honest I was expecting much less for it so I'll be very happy with that sort of money. I'll pop it on there and see what happens!
