1986 924S

Bought it last year with the idea of using it as my car for the odd trip i do. But we soon discovered it needed new fuel lines which proved a major problem as Porsche no longer do some of the bits needed.
Anyway after months searching for the parts we gave up and after much reasurance from other 924 and 944 owners had flexi lines done. However in this time i needed transport so ended up buying a new BMW.

i’ve also fitted new tyres including the spare wheel which was original never used.

So now the 924S is sitting looking very pretty but isn’t getting used. So i am thinking about selling it. Its red with black porsche script seats in very good condition.

Con’t seem to post photos on this forum. So i will add a link = flickr album... its the RED one At end. the white one is a previous car.

Looks a beautiful car Helen. You need to advertise it on Classic Cars and Car and Classic websites. Attractive S models seem to have been selling well over recent months (unless they have just been withdrawn from sale). There seems to be few good examples for sale at the moment, as opposed to NA models and Turbo restoration projects.
Good luck with the sale and hope it finds a good home.
Cheers.
Robert

Good Luck with the sale .
All your cars are in fine fettle so someone will get a good one if they are in the market for a 924s
