Chris at Exeter PC gives a good deal to Club members on new parts. Used are available from a wide range of breakers, most have e-bay shops and there are a few of the best-known listed in the "faqs" above. The trouble is that most cars are scrapped because of accident damage or having been badly maintained, and the wings will be the same age as yours and probably equally corroded.
Some people have had repairs carried out involving new metal being used to replace the wing bottom, but with the likely cost of this it's not all that far off the cost of new wings. At least with new you know that they'll last 20 years or more! [&:]

Good advice Graham I got a 'better than price match' this week on exhaust tips for the C4S after ringing around and then visiting Newcastle OPC. Like you say buyers market at the moment and its about time we benefitted
See you on the 6th[]

I'm now down to deciding whether to go with new or good used ones - to my surprise there are some used ones that aren't corroded.
Needless to say cost is the issue..... and the only spare new wing I was offered was for the side that didn't really warrant a new wing!
