1991 3.3 Turbo on Eporsche

Starting up my search for a 911 again in earnest (Supra is going up for sale in a matter of days, with the MR2 shortly thereafter!) and have been looking at both 993's and older 964 3.3 Turbo's - all in the £20-25k bracket.

Eporsche have got a very tidy looking Guards Red 3.3 Turbo right hander in that seems like a very good buy ('91 H, 57k, standard, clean interior, full history etc.)... was wondering if anyone has had a look at it yet?

Certainly look nice enough, good price too for te miles - if it's as good as it looks.
Have you seen the car yet?

Hi there,
Going slightly off topic, I see you're from the North east and had a Supra ... were you in the MKIVSupra.net owners club at all? if so, what was your name on the forum. I only ask because I was and sold mine early this year. BTW you'll love the 3.3 Turbo, its a superb drive.
Cheers Dale

Hi Dale, yep I was(am) in the club, very rarely post though. My nickname on there is JS_TT... I think! I had mine imported through Vine Place and it has been an absolutely superb car over the last 3 years - I just need to seel it now as the prices seem to be dropping through the floor (it's a 100% original, RZ-S auto TT with ~55k on an N-plate, and I reckon I'll be very lucky to get £8k from the 13k I paid [:(])

What was going to the Porsche from the Supra like?

You'll find the Porsche sits on and hold the road much better, ride position take a bit of getting used. I've been extremely pleased with the way the car handles itself ... it much better than I imagined (& I imagined it to be well engineered). Im sure you'll love it once you find one.
