1st July Drive out to Cooper's Arms, Derby

Monday 1st July we're driving out to The Coopers Arms where Tom & Kerry, RO's of East Midlands, hold court.
We shall be arriving in time for a meal at the excellent value Carvery downstairs before joining in with R8's club night social.
Expect to be leaving The Bear Inn at 6:30pm for those wishing to travel in convoy.
Please let me know if you plan going so we don't leave you behind.

Glad everyone enjoyed the run out and that the weather stayed dry all night...
A bit more traffic than last time but then it was wet/damp time- which keeps em indoors [;)]
 
Yes it was a great evening.
Thanks again for the excellent route plan Gary which took us on some minor roads, that could be driven with gusto, with some spectacular scenery as well.
9 cars in convoy and another 3 made it there independently and with wives and girlfriends we were quite a bunch to arrive and swamp the R8 meet which is always very well attended.
The food was good too.
All together a great evening.
