2.5 drive shafts

My 1998 Boxster 2.5 has developed what I think is a clicking noise from a drive shaft. I am considering replacing the drive shafts with used parts. When browsing for these parts, I've noticed some are being sold as specific parts for vehicles with automatic transmission. As I'm quite unfamiliar with Porsche parts, would any of you be able to tell me if the drive shafts are different from automatic to manual transmission ?

Any help is much appreciated
 
Suggest download a 986 parts catalog from the web and that will show if the part numbers differ by transmission.
