Hi guys, Caroline has got her Turbo back from Nine Excellence who've done a wonderful job on their 9E30 package, uprated Bilsteins, big brake kit. 2 wheel drive conversion with full 2wd geo - we're currently at the limit of the Tip box - around 650bhp so will have that uprated later in the year as there is loads more to come from the current setup.
The car is pretty perfect for what she wants, bike like acceleration, comfortable and great stoppers - just one downside, the flipping seat memory!
Roger and the guys at Parr had a bash at getting it set so the seat would return to Caroline's position, with no luck.
I've trawled the interweb and tried most things that came up and James at Nine Excellence had a bash - he even tried to disable the seat moving on unlock.
So - before I pull the seat fuse, can anyone with a three button seat memory (not 1,2 and key buttons) have a trick to getting the memory to behave?
The M + 1, 2 or 3 does remember the positions - just not linked to the key.
We're off to Spa in early May for a couple of days - I promise to put the GoPro in and get some Akrapovic sounds!! (hoping we'll pass the 106db)
