2006 997 PCM PHONE SYSTEM

I have obtained a duplicate sim card for the PCM. However the system recognizes the card but then asks for the Pin number. Sky advice that it is the vehicles Pin number that is required .Does anyone know if there is an alternative to visiting the dealership for this information ?
