Hopefully we won't have to believe everything we read in the newspapers. This morning's Mail on Sat suggested that our 'friend' the Chancellor intends to set road fund licence for cars emitting more than 250 gms of CO2 per kilometer at about £200 pa. Sadly this level is not just the domain of 'school-run' 4x4s as suggested by the Mail. Even our Caymans are over this limit: 254 g/km for the manual and more for a tiptronic.
