A couple of years ago there was a successful event Karting with the tvr car club at middlesbrough. They are currently making a booking for Walden Law track near Durham and wondered if we would be interested in a repeat event. Their provisional date is 27th May.

If anyone would be interested in this then i can let Paul (the TVR RO) know

Hope this is OK Nick and i'm not treading on any toes!

cheers
Julie

Hi Julie
If you mean successful in terms of enjoyment, then yes it was very successful. If you mean success in terms of did we win, then it wasn't, as they gave us a right good stuffing!! I have a sneaking suspicion they brought some 'ringers' in from deepest Yorkshire though. Maybe they wouldn't be so lucky next time.

Treading on toes, don't be daft, I appreciate the ideas, only problem is I believe that weekend is bank holiday so you might not get to many wanting to take part (which includes me as I'm night shift(bugger!!)) but that doesn't stop me organising it, have you got contact details for the TVR RO?
