2007 Manual Gen 1 Turbo FOR SALE

2007 997 Gen 1 turbo manual with 24309 miles on the clock. I am the 6th owner although it only really started to be used from owner number 5 in 2011 as prior to this the mileage was minimal and obviously a garage queen.
The car is immaculate and the next minor service is due in May 2017. I did not renew the Porsche warranty last December as I took a view on the premium against likely breakdown.
The car has had a check completed for over revs and there are no ignitions in ranges 5 and 6. Really hasnt missed a beat and only considering selling to make way for a GT4.
Car kept in heated Garage with soft cover and never taken out in the rain.

A very nice example. I have also not extended my warranty. I hope I don't regret that but i've felt not to do it on this model whilst I have on others. Interested in what others think on that. Not to hijack your thread though - just in terms of of resale.
