OK, I know it's only January, but last year it seems that some '06MY 987/997s started being built in July 2005.

Still can't decide if I really need a 997, but has anyone any info on likely colour or spec. changes for '07MY cars?

So no one has heard anything?

I thought 'daro911' would have chapter and verse, including a '07 price list[:D].

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: Next month Oliver I am pacing myself to make the winter go quicker

I thought you would weaken Oliver.
If the press rumours are correct about an uprated 3.4 litre 987 next year, will Porsche also be upping the 911's power?
Having said this the 996 facelift came in 4 years after launch, so that would mean 08 for the 997, with the new 997 GT3 & TT coming out all will probably be quiet on the standard car front.

Thank you Robert[;)]

Grant, I haven't completely weakened, but I would be annoyed if I bit the bullet, ordered a car for June and discovered significant changes were due in August.

I don't expect major changes though, as this would hurt already vulnerable residuals. But, there may be a few tweaks and better colour options. So, for the moment I'm still window shopping.

Mike as you own a fabulous spec 996, along with some seriously desirable others, why not just wait until October and get yourself the latest MY07 with the latest plate 66 and remove all the stress and worry of missing out [;)]

On the other hand I understand that there are currently a lot of "unsold cars" out there looking for owners and you never know a friendly dealer may pre register and deliver you a MY06 with a substantial saving!!
