2008 997 C4S squeaking rear side window

The right side rear window squeaks / vibrates at certain rpms and when the car goes over large bumps. When you knock against the glass with your knuckles from the inside, the glass squeaks and moves out more than one would expect.

Has any one else had a similar experience ?

Yes, I have had that problem with rear windows on both my 996 and 997. In one case I inserted a small piece of black rubber inside the window to stop it moving and it cured the noise. On another car, where the movement was less I found that applying a little WD40 to the rubber surrond stopped the noise.
