As 2011 is heading to a close, my thoughts are that we should all be starting to think about what events R3 would like to add to next years calender. It would be good if you could all add your thoughts of 2011 to this link.
What did you enjoy & would like to do again?
What did you miss out on & would like to try?
What was a failure & never to be spoken of again?
All new suggestions welcome. One such suggestion is an R3 beach party.
It would be good to get a calender of events in place so we can start planning for 2012 at future club nights. Get your thinking caps on.
2011 has been a fun filled year, new friends made, new places visited & new things tried. Hopefully 2012 will bring more of the same.
Remember - fail to plan, plan to fail!!

Fastlane, Le Mans Classic, Silverstone Classic, Cumbrian Classic, Cars in the Park- Harewood House, Raby.

There's a few off the top of my head which I will & would love to do this coming year !!! [:D]

Greg I will lock this at the top of the regions forum for a time so that each member can edit his post as he see`s fit

Moira would like Steam Trains,Walking, Beach Party[&:]

I'd second the beach party, and have always fancied Segway, which they do at Slaley Hall?

I'm probably going to look at a half day Falconry experience for myself, but would be happy to do this as part of a group if anyone fancies it.

It would be nice to have a run out and stop for lunch somewhere.

I'll think about some other stuff

All in one day, she'd need a lie down after that!!!

North Yorks Moors railways would be good, plus there's some fab beaches up in Northumberland where we could party in the dunes.

Hi Guys & gals, We've enjoyed everything that we have been able to attend this year, it's been great. [:)]

Other than the adventures already mentioned I really enjoyed the car cluedo, other than the arguments that ensued with the missus. I wouldn't mind doing it again, but maybe on a Sunday afternoon when the light isn't fading. I really enjoyed getting the cars out and seeing the confusion on everyone's faces (including mine no doubt) about some of the clues.

Thanks again to everyone that has spent hours organising everything so we can have so much fun.

Chris & Lynn
