2012 R21 Weekend in France details

As we discussed at our club night on Tuesday I list below the outline and initial details of a possible weekend away for the Region in 2012. If we have enough people interested by mid November we can proceed and firm up the bookings with deposits etc.

DETAILS OF MONTREUIL WOTY[/b] Date: Thursday 3rd May to Monday 7th May "" 4days and nights away "" Staying in two 3 Star Hotels with Dinner/B&B, except for final night restaurant meal, included in cost. Both hotels with private parking. First hotel owned by motoring enthusiast with Porsche as one of his cars. PROPOSED ITINERARY[/b] Meet Dover am on Thurs 3rd may, or alternatively stay overnight on Wed 2nd May, at the Premier Inn at additional cost to overall tour. Both options possible. Thurs 7th May "" P&O Ferry to Calais and approx 80 mile tour with route map to 1st hotel. P&O WILL PROVIDE Special loading assistance for low cars[/b] 1st Hotel "" Arrive Thurs 3rd May "" Evening meal in hotel Fri 4th May "" Tour and visit to a local place of interest - Evening meal in Hotel Sat 5th May "" Tour with route map to 2nd hotel in Montreuil - Evening reception and buffet in Hotel Sun 6th May "" Possible track day at local track "" Abbeville or another close one - For people who do not want to go to track a local visit with transportation to and from and an English speaking guide - PM Evening meal in a local restaurant in the town "" TO BE PAID FOR INDIVIDUALLY Mon 7th May "" Route back to Calais and Ferry home
The minimum number of cars needed will be 12 with a maximum of 20.
The Track Day can be optional but we would need to have 12 cars to be viable
Cost will be around £850 for 2 PEOPLE/1 CAR INCLUDING THE TRACK DAY If no track day cost will reduce by around £125/Car
