2014 hybrid Panamera mysterious tailgate opening.

over the last 6 months I have returned to my locked 2014 Panamera hybrid twice only to find the tailgate was wide open. My keys were in the house so I haven't triggered it. Has anyone else had the same problem and if so how did you remedy it.
