2016 events and club monthly meets

Hi,
I used to be active in the club R4 and 997 register then during life and car changes I moved areas and let my membership lapse. I am thinking about rejoining PCGB but would like to know how active the Norfolk and Suffolk region is. I have been to several regional events (Suffolk) this year which have car club display areas and failed to see the PCGB represented. I'm off to the Silverstone classic later this month so possibly will get some info at the club area and rejoin but any info on my "new" region would be appreciated.

Regards

Paul

Hi Paul,

I'd say we're quite active, but different members enjoy different things.

This year, amongst other things, we've had: a visit to Prill Porsche Classics; the club's 356 for a weekend; car show at Kersey Mill; Karl Ludvigsen as a guest speaker at a club night; the 4th of July car & bike show on RAF Lakenheath; various social events.

On Sunday 7 August, we'll be at the Helmingham Festival of Sport and Classic cars, and on Sunday 4 September at Sport and Classics by the Lake near Bury St Edmunds.

Why not come along to our club night on Tuesday? There's usually a good turn out for this one. You can see all our events here:

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for your reply and the link to the events, I work near Stowmarket but live near Oulton Broad so a deviation on my way home next Tuesday to the Monthly meeting would be quite nice.
Cheers

Paul
