2021 992 latest maps

I have just bought a 2021 model year 992 the nav maps showing on the car are 2020-3. I have asked the supplying opc and they have told me that it is the latest version for the 992 pcm. I thought the car did ota update for the nav map ? Is it possible for anybody to confirm the map version they are running ? and if it should be doing over the air updates or not.

My 2019 992 C4S has a current Navigation database version of 2023.1

Drilling into the country maps, England SE is 2023.1, everything else is a mix of 2019.2 and 2019.3.

They do update themsevles OTA but mine is clearly only updating the England SE maps. I live in the SE so maybe that's why. I have been to several countries in it - France, Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg but not sure what the criteria is for doing an update.
