22 May Visit to Peter Bradley's Porsche Tractor Collection

Hi everyone

We have arranged a joint event with R7 on Sunday 22 May for a run out and a visit to Peter Bradley's collection of Porsche tractors

Both regions will meet up at Bakewell, in the Royal Agricultural centre car park, which is off the A6 Matlock/Darley Dale road, coming from Matlock it is on the right just as you are entering the town.

This gives the us the option to arrive early and sample the delights of the town and then to leave at 12.30 for a run via the B5055, A515, A54, A523, Macclesfield and Cat & Fiddle and then on to Peter's place in Sheffield.

2.00 arrive at Peter's works to have a look at his tractors and have a buffet lunch. The lunch will work out at around £4 per person.

3.00 onwards members can head off for home.

Wow, sounds a really good day out. Fabulous scenery, fabulous cars and what a priviledge to enjoy such jolly farmer's mud pluggers. Turbo diesel in Guards Red!

Yup, count us both in, Max and Dorothy.

not sure i'm going to be able to make this [&o] i've been twice before and its well worth a visit. theres more there than just a HUGE selection of tractors, there is also engines from firetrucks,helecopters and pumps.
and theres no muddy fields or drafty barns to wade around

Hi - just to remind you that we are meeting at the Agricultural Business Centre car park around 11.30am on Sunday.

Entrance is off A6. Proceed along access road and over 2 cattle grids and follow through car park to back. We should all be able to park together at rear of Agricultural Centre.
