23rd March Porscheshop open day + TR

Porscheshop in Halesowen are having an open day on Saturday the 23rd March, so only a couple of weekends away now.
Times are 10am until mid afternoon, it's open to all owners

On an idea I've had for a while, does anyone fancy meeting up prior- say at Corley services (M6, J3) and doing a tunnel run through Birmingham on the way to Porscheshop, there's quite a fair few tunnels and I have a route that takes the majority of main ones in prior to heading north onto Halesowen.

The downside would be a departing time of about 8am (or earlier) to stand a chance of some clear-ish roads through Birmingham.

A coffee at the services and then Breakfast at Porscheshop??

Hi Gary, a tunnel run in your V8 powered Macca may be good but my Gen II 911tt has a rather underwhelming exhaust note :( - the only downside on an otherwise great car.

Richard, from the outside the Turbo does sound very good and certainly worthy of a tunnel run. [:D]
I'm just sorting a quick afternoon run out for those interested.
I could make it an earlier start for those that would like some clearer roads[;)]

Looking at both the weather and interest for this event, it seems like a non starter.. minus 3 and possible chance of snow for Saturday!! [&:]

However if anyone is going, here's the schedule
