28th December - xmas cobweb run

Anyone interested in a social drive out on Sunday the 28th December, to blow away the Christmas cobwebs?Weather outlook overall says possibly dry and no frost, so I thought about resurrecting the xmas cruise
From around Bromsgrove (south of Birmingham), across the West Midlands/Cotswolds/Warwickshire and ending towards Coventry. (Fish Hill probably included for a change [8D])

Not an official 997 register event, so mostly all welcome - those with plastic wheels and the need to carry wash buckets might find it a bit harsh..... [;)]Please speak up in the next few days if interested. [:)]

OK Tom, be great to see the motor in action.I think there's at least another 2 cars interested from off the forum.

Hi Peter, Thank for the post..
Unfortunately if it's just us few it won't be worthwhile the café opening up for us and I'm aware of another drive that I could join.I'm away for a couple of days now but will check for any updates.. I appreciate it is being planned all last minute.

Gary,

The weather forcast is now not so good with the SNOW word being mentioned for tomorrow and much colder for the weekend so maybe not such a good idea after all but if it suddenly turns mild and you get more takers let me know.

Well I missed most of the snow (as I was away ).
However we are expected to get a frost/snow this evening, so will have to call this off unfortunately for safety and if it does start to snow when people are in the area..!!

We'd be up for it but the weather looks distinctly dodgy & we wouldn't risk getting stranded so far from home.

Hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas & we'll see you in the New Year.
