2nd hand Cayenne - is this a good deal?

I'm considering a 2nd hand purchase of a Cayenne S from a private seller for £29,000. The spec is:

Black Cayenne S, Tiptronic, 2004 (04) Reg, 27k miles, black lthr interior,
Full spec with 19" alloys, sunroof, aluminium pack, PSM, Sat Nav & comm
pack, BOSE sound upgrade, 6-CD changer, 4-way climate control, sports seats,
Porsche service history, new tyres and brakes

Is this a good deal? Would you recommend getting the Porsche 111 (at a cost of £250) point check done for a private sale?

Thanks

Price is good. If the waranty has not been extended it might be good to have it checked out, but it's not 3 years old yet, so as long as it has not had any major prangs it should be ok (IMHO).

But it's your call.
