First service at Portsmouth OPC on Wed. Minor plus brake fluid, £630 - gulp! £15 extra for a loan car, cheeky feckers!

Fingers crossed their service is as good as it has been under warranty.

Neither have I, if they want to charge then they lose my business, last service had on the GT3RS made me just as pi@@ed off as my Sussex OPR when bringing the car round to the front found the remote battery flat, extra charge of £5.95 after I just spent £3k on service and tyres and warranty ......... Where do you feel my next service will be done ?

As other's have said, if your geography permits go to one that doesn't charge for a loaner, or as i've seen before, expect you to get your own daily insurance on their car. I'm lucky to have 3 local OPC's and go to whichever has the best service. (To be fair, i'm happy with all three at present.) Unsurprisingly, the one that didn't used to provide free loaners now does.

£15 is a fairly small amount of money (but I wouldn't want to pay it) so I guess they've been shrewd and worked out an amount that is small enough not to drive people away to travel further to the next nearest OPC.

Took the car in to them in the end without a loaner.
Forgot to mention PCGB membership so hope they can do it retrospectively when I collect tomorrow. Left car in bits having PSE T section inc tips replaced under warranty due to corrosion.

Every time I've had an OPC loan car they have said there will be a charge to cover insurance, about £15.

But only ever been charged it once in 4 years, and that was after my major service, which was done at a heavily discounted price.

£630 reduced to £532 with virtually pointless screen wash and oil top up adding £20 or so.

Anyone any ideas what the six screws P900.075.365.02 are for that warrant £15 or is it just a made up figure!! Anyway, new exhaust tips that some how sound quieter are fitted, perhaps it was blowing a little and refitting has cured it, sparkling clean and a saving of almost £100. Fab service from Portsmouth!!

You might want to avoid the Porsche screen wash. I've heard it does not contain an anti freeze element, and if mixed with other brands can cause problems.

Dont mix the washes as above as it coagulates into a paste and will block the washer pump motor![]

Cambridge PC Current offering 986 service Major just £395 including parts and vat and minor I think is £295.[;)];)]

That would suggest they have charged me parts on the warranty work unless the muffler / exhaust?? is removed as part of a minor service?
