The 911 'Club Sport' engine was blueprinted and incorporated a number of minor modifications, yet was still quoted at 231 bhp, although a typical CS is likely to be closer to 240+.
1989 cars had 8" rears, I think.
Worth buying a copy of Tony Corlett's book, if you don't have one.

Easy soultion , dont sell - you will regret it (unless you have something tasty on the cards as a replacement)
If it has NO rust, good paint and engine/box fine and leak(ish) free then its probably worth it. Its condition, not miles or age that sets the price.

Good photos will do alot of work for you, show the B posts, scuttle area, headlamp/wing rust areas, interior, engine, sills.
Get it on Pistonheads, if it sells to a non-member who cares its SOLD!

i sold mine and i have regretted it ever since... :-(
As for the advice on dont sell? Well depends what you replace it with, I bought a rarer more raw porsche - havent looked back!

IMHO all prices have dropped by 10-20% over the last 12 months, there are plenty of ars for sale and its really a buyers market.
Good luck with the sale, if its as you say you should not have any problem selling it
