3 point harness

I want to fit a 3 point harness and can see how the bottom 2 replace the existing.

I understand that a 'bar' can be fitted across the rear seats to give the 3rd point. Has anyone done this and has photos to explain?

Does it comply with MOT requirements, car is for day to day use + track days
