3rd Brake Light - Bulb replacement

Hi all,
My mate followed me to Blenhiem on Sunday, when we arrived he kindly informed me that some of the bulbs in my high level brake light are out! I've found a link on P-Car http://p-car.com/diy/3rd/ - has anybody tried this?Are the bulbs readily available from Porsche UK as they appear to be in the US?

This is a fairly easy job. The cheapest bulbs are available from the OPC beleive it or not. The light unit comes apart really easily, and the bulbs are soldered in one by one. Just make sure you by a few more bulbs than you need as I found some were starting to go black but were still giving a bit of light. I decided to change these as they didn't look like they had long to go.

I did it too - doddle....I bought the bulbs from design911 but OPC is also cheap....

Give it a go - it is easier that it even looks!
