4 Wheel alignment

It;s about that time again and I am in about to replace the rear tyres. I think I'l need 4 wheel alignment as the near side rear outer edge is more worn than the offside. I have a full Ruf sports suspension and I believe I have a copy of the last 4wheel alignment values. Now not knowing how the car is set up but liking the way she drives, do I need to bear some particulars in mind or should it be plain sailing ????
